The retainer fee books your slot in photographer's diary .

In the event that the Photographer is unable to perform this Agreement due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, government restrictions, strike, or any other event commonly recognised as “Force Majeure”), the Client acknowledges that the retainer fee is non-refundable. However, the retainer fee may be applied as a credit towards a rescheduled session on the next mutually agreed available date within 12 months of the original booking. If the Client is unable to reschedule within this period, the retainer will be forfeited.

The retainers are valid for 6 months

Reshoots are done at the discretion of the photographer
